Listening is very important without listening you never will speak good English, first listen other native speaker and concentrate on their tongue, how they are speak and how they are pronouncing the words each and everything every important, each person have it's own way of Speaking so, you may be confuse to listen many people in different accents, don't worry take your own accent and try to speak like them.
